Critical: Professionalism I don’t know where to start with this review. First of all, whoever the owner is who answers the phone number at 9706675405 is a rude and disgruntled individual. With this being the 3rd time having to do business with this company in only 65 days, every time has been a complete unprofessional altercation that should end with a fist fight from the words that spews from the main person who’s in charge. Called back when they said they would - came when they said they would. Clean-cut, courteous and knowledgeable workers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Pumped my concrete tank and replaced outlet baffle. They know what they're doing.
They do an excellent job with a reasonable price and are so firendly and helpful.
Marlo knows all about septic systems. She makes sure everything is done to make the system work. Wonderful to work with, prompt, fair! So glad I contacted Marlo.
