Dr. Simran Cheema is an exceptional dentist! She is incredibly kind, gentle, and always makes sure I’m comfortable—I’ve never experienced any discomfort during my visits. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and consistently professional. A special mention to Pavan at the front desk, who is always helpful, efficient, and makes scheduling and check-ins seamless. I called here asking for the address and the extremly arrogant and rude woman who answered the phone demanded who I was and my name first! I said I was a client and she insisted. I said all I wanted was the address and said that I could hang up and go elsewhere. She refused, I hung up. You just lost a client. This very rude woman needs to be fired.
