Doesnt recognize solar panels on homes (there are 13 panels and big solar city box by the backdoor) and cant tell the difference between a scuttle and drop stairs to the attic and didnt list the refrigerator or washer and dryer on the appraisal. They were our VA appraiser and would not recommend them for my personal use. They also didnt use like size units, they used two 4-2 and one 2-1.5 as comparison while their were similar properties sold with 3-1.5 in the area before my house was sold.
