Not a pain management, more like a suffering center. My first appointment was a meet and greet, pain (level 7-8) that day on or about 5/9/2025. PA said she can’t do anything for me until she gets all my records even though she can see my MRI from Coastal Diagnostic (they have a agreement) and can look up every pain pill I’ve ever gotten on the registry. My wife had an appointment yesterday at 10:45. We sat in the waiting room for 44 minutes beyond her appt time. The lack of concern from the receptionist was truly amazing. Could not care less. I assume there time more valuable than anyone elses.

First time patient, waited 3 months for an appointment. I was upset and in pain due to being there for 2 and 1/2 hours plus the pain I’ve been going through for over a year. So I showed some emotion by crying and stated on one occasion that I had doubled up my pain meds one time so I could be with my wife while we walked our dog. I've had nothing but the most help from all the team at Johnston's pain management they r so wonderful and I see they put with alot on a day to day basis all they r concerned is helping there patients they been awesome with me I could not ask for any better love them all would recommend to any one they care .
