My wife had an appointment yesterday at 10:45. We sat in the waiting room for 44 minutes beyond her appt time. The lack of concern from the receptionist was truly amazing. Could not care less. I assume there time more valuable than anyone elses.
First time patient, waited 3 months for an appointment. I was upset and in pain due to being there for 2 and 1/2 hours plus the pain I’ve been going through for over a year. So I showed some emotion by crying and stated on one occasion that I had doubled up my pain meds one time so I could be with my wife while we walked our dog. I just wanted to feel close to normal for one day. After the PA shared that with the Dr she said before they would go any further I needed a psychological evaluation and would be it on Suboxone. I've had nothing but the most help from all the team at Johnston's pain management they r so wonderful and I see they put with alot on a day to day basis all they r concerned is helping there patients they been awesome with me I could not ask for any better love them all would recommend to any one they care .
So love this place very friendly lady place Atlantic ortho was such jerks here they care about u !!!!!

At least he cares Not the greatest service in the area for a doctors office. The staff are a bunch of women with PMS 24/7. The doctor himself is a good person and listens and takes his time with you. The staff is much to be desired.
