Not a good experience. Over corrected my son’s teeth causing his smile to be off-center. When I asked them to fix it, they were defensive and rude. After trying to fix it, he ended up with a cross-bite. We had second opinions to confirm that they messed up his bite by comparing original images. I found the technology to be very dated compared to other orthodontist we have used and the personal attention is lacking.
Talk about making an impression! This office welcomed us for a consultation and even though they would be considered out of network for us, I feel as though overall this office will be niece's ortho home for the next couple of years. Super professional, knowledgeable staff, superbly clean and well organized office with a personable and pleasant Orthodontist. I don't have braces but geesh! I need to figure out how I can go here. Very impressed with this office and the care they have taken of their practice.
I would recommend everyone to go to Johnston Orthodontist. The entire staff is very pleasant and explains in full detail what is needed and the full process of what you are getting done. I actually fell asleep while Alana was putting the braces on. She's phenomenal, gentle, and very informative. Dr Johnston is amazing and he does not rush. Dr. Johnston is amazing! I came to him not knowing how my teeth would turn out and fully trusted the team. I was in traditional braces for 2 years and 2 years later I get compliments daily about how perfect my teeth are. I’m a smiler so I am so happy about my facial profile now! My daughter has a few issues and I would not be taking her to anyone else but the best! Thank you all so much ❤️
