On a road trip I had a question about our new Explorer so I pulled in ready to pay someone but the salesmen came out and showed us how to do something, they took time to assist us with no fee, very cool Ford salesmen!
This place is a joke. Do not waste your time dealing with them. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago with the service manager because my passenger side mirror does not adjust. I informed him that I had an extended service plan on the phone call and he proceeded to schedule me. I am informed him the details of the service plan and he said he was not familiar with them into bring in a hard copy on the day of my appointment.
