My experience at Greeneville Community hospital east was great, Dr Borden and his staff I recommend highly. Staff in surgery department was awesome!! Mrs Joetta at therapy department is the best I've had anywhere. Staff also.

This office seems to care alot more about co-pays than helping their patients. I don't understand why it so hard to get antibiotics on the first visit instead of making the patient suffer and then have to come back pay another Co pay, risk catching covid for antibiotics. I literally have to threaten bad publicity or tell them I'm not leaving until they write antibiotics. 3 weeks ago my niece went to their office very congested, high temp, 2 ear infections. I was recently at the Hawkins County Memorial Hospital with my son and just wanted to say that it was a pleasant experience. The nurses were really nice and knowledgeable. But the thing that really surprised me was a housekeeper, I believe her name was Lilly. She went above and beyond her housekeeping duties and really made us feel welcome. I just want her to know that I really appreciate the kindness. Hopefully she will read this. Thank you so much

I received excellent care in the cardiac care stepdown, room 23L. Stephanie, Cara, Nina and so many more were kind, caring and impressive in the quality of care provided. I am so appreciative and thankful! Shout out to Gail White too for explaining upcoming procedures so well.

My doctors office and myself have been trying to call and reschedule for almost a month and we can never speak to anyone. The phone kicks you off. Very aggravating not very professional

Two weeks now and no responses. My father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We had a meeting with Dr. Madala on May 12th. He spent all of about 8 minutes talking through a mask with a heavy accent, before he sent us to another department. He said the best way to contact him or ask questions was through the messaging app in myhealth. At that time he could not tell us if my father's cancer had spread to his brain because he did not have the CT scan done at the VA. My visit today to the ER was excellent despite my severe pain. Dr. Hicks was beyond proffessional and had any exquisite bed side manor. Her nurse harrison was also very kind. The visit was much more brief than I expected because of other doctor visits. Had a great experience and would reccomend. Thank you for the pleasant stay

My husband had an appointment for an Echocardiogram at 1:15pm. He finally had to ask an hour later why he had to wait so long. The lady who was doing the echo said she was the only one doing them. I think this is totally unacceptable. If and when he needs another outpatient echo, it will be at a different location for sure. I’m also a nurse, so I’ve been on both sides.

If you get COVID 19...DON'T GO THERE! Dr. Manfredonia is very unprofessional. He became enraged and started screaming at me when inquiring about my care. He also falsified my final discharge papers because I walked out of this horrible place after not being treated after 24 hrs after admitted for covid pneumonia. They stated on dc papers that they did treat and that they discharged oxygen (which are TOTALLY untrue and to cover their but.
