My husband has received ER care several times at Johnston Memorial. Each visit has been exceptional from receptionist, doctors, nursing staff, lab/testing staff to patient representative. Services were provided promptly and efficiently. Great patient care!
I brought my husband here at 945 am its now 326 pm and still waiting. He was doubled over in pain still haven't done anything. I'm so upset that nobody is really helping him and this place is as useless as I feel.
I wish I could give minus 5 inhumane treatment- I rushed my husband to emergency who just had procedures to take out a kidney stone a few days ago, was suffering acute pain and writhing in pain had to wait 4 hours before they took him in walked up to registration several times to take pity and check him - it was like talking to a stone , there were many patients in the lobby and had pity and were talking how bad the service was, several patients that came after we registered were seen and were let go, they came to ask why w... read more
