Renewed my ICBC at this David Ave office today and had a great experience with the young staff. Very knowledgable, answered all my questions and friendly. Thank you and will come back
I used to go here for many, many years! I will never be coming here again!!!!!!! I was extremely poorly treated by this attendant that looked like a skater boy. Lacks knowledge on insurance and was rude to compensate for his lack of knowledge. 0/10 customer service skills. He does not know that you can get 50% icbc 50% private insurance when you have 10+ years of driving insurance! I have never had such a rude worker in my life and he made me feel bad for trying to understand how this process works since I’ve never renewed i... read more
