Stopped by there recently super poor communication, no customer service, just a bad vibe overall. Definitely not recommending it

Absolutely poor service. Without asking or even telling me my new rate, she just printed off all the insurance paperwork. I was stunned because there was things I wanted changed. She was like ok well too late. Mind you there was no one else waiting to be seen so not giving me the time of day was unacceptable. I felt rushed and unappreciated as a customer. I have never had such a bad experience renewing my insurance in the 20 years I have been driving. I would avoid this office and I will never return.
Even though we canceled our insurance, they still took money from our account ($64), and they paid us only $7.26 back and they didnt do anything about that they still said we cant do anything
