Terrible service ! This lady has attitude problem 🙄 like it was my job to do her work, when asking questions for insurance prices, and permits it was like pulling teeth !!! Didn't have plastic insurance covers for documents, she said they didn't have any ! Are you NOT an insurance company, really ! Definitely won't be going back there AGAIN.

Very rude staff, wouldn’t let me renew my company vehicle, made a joke about me having to stay in Coquitlam for the rest of the day… took 5 minutes to even remember her log in info avoid at all costs
Stopped by there recently super poor communication, no customer service, just a bad vibe overall. Definitely not recommending it
