2025 update. Down from 5 stars to 1 star. Very disappointed. Been a customer for 11 years. JMI advised last year a change/upgrade was needed at our residence for them to continue to insure it. Thats fine. The (expensive) change/upgrade was done, and all was well. Now, we were just given a one month heads up, that JMI will no longer insure the property, despite the change/upgrade.
