My son was a patient of Mrs. Johnston a year or so ago. She's wasn't very much help to him in addition he didn't have a connection with her. Her speech & mannerism was very aggressive . I resented the fact that she thought she knew more about my son than I did after only interacting with him on a few occasions. I attempted to see her for abuse issues and I don't know why, but she was very, very rude and pushy. She, I guess, attempted to reassure me telling me that there was nothing I could say anything she had no heard. She did not care about me or my problem. She wanted me to hurry through it and get it over with, no matter how difficult it was and how hard it was for me to get it out. She has been doing this too long and gives off the "burned out" feel. I love Mary Ann and miss having her as my psychologist. I started seeing her at age 7 until I was 18. My insurance isn't listed and I live in a different area. Would be nice to see the fake reviews taken down so that the real reviews on the second page can be seen on the first page. Professional, friendly, listens and gives you homework to complete until the next visit to be completed about yourself and steps to implement for your recovery. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Did this therapist really listen to what you had to say? No, they might as well have been deaf Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Have you noticed positive changes since starting therapy with this provider? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared f... read more
