2 friends & I had lunch here Nov. 8. The wait staff is great & the food always delicious! The scones are wonderful with the clotted cream....just divine!!! Browsing thru their gift shop is such a treat also. Makes for a perfect afternoon!!!
I simply cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it was having my daughter's bridal shower at the Johnston House. The staff was super responsive and made me feel as if I had their full attention and they were planning this event just for me! The setting, the china, the florals, the food and the manner of placement of everything was ever so elegant and perfect! First and foremost, the staff is wonderful. In my stages of planning the bridal shower , I asked a lot of questions and Jane was beyond patient. They take special care for those with gluten free allergies and made special meals for the two with that need. It was a perfect get together. I cannot express how beautiful and special today was for my best friend. Thank you!
When my granddaughters were younger, I would take them to the Johnston House for their birthday. Hoping to make lasting memories. But this Christmas my 22-year-old and 17-year-old granddaughters took me to The Johnston House for tea. I guess I did make a lasting memory for them when they were younger! I love this teahouse!
Love tea & what a lovely spot to sit and enjoy it with friends:) You'll become a regular after your first visit! Minutes from my shop, so I get to enjoy it quite often.
