I first came to know the people at Johnston furnace when they maintained the climate controls at the medical clinic I worked at. So I reached out to them for a quote for a new furnace. Their quote for a more efficient dual stage furnace was the same as others single stage. Plus they put me in contact with Veith duct cleaning who did a great job and they were $600 cheaper than wha the other furnace store wanted. They installed the furnace on time. My furnace went out over the weekend (of course) and these guys still had someone at my house within the hour. Chris was very knowledgeable and had my furnace back up and running within minutes! I'm not familiar with hvac, but he took the time to explain to me what happened and why. Overall great customer service!
Great response on our failed furnace Friday afternoon - our house temp was in the 30's. Nick arrived after a short wait. He promptly diagnosed and determined they would need to order a component - with arrival hopefully by Monday. He called me back Friday evening and said he found the right component in their shop. He came right back, installed and we were good to go at 6pm. Exceptional service.
Had a bathroom remodel taking place, contractor immediately stated we had a propane leak & called which they did find a leak under the house & repaired. We called them back 2 other times as we could still smell propane but they told me there was no leak. They brought 3 guys the last time & swore there was no leak. So we let it go thinking they must be right but occasionally smelling that smell.
