I should have done all the paperwork myself because that's all that was done for me. Never got the feeling they cared about representing my case and when I brought it up at another time, the claim was made they never represented me. (Which I've seen on another review as well.)

We had very good representation & were satisfied.
These guys charge $150 for consultation... I had multiple scheduled for one day, all the others called me on time, these guys did not bother picking up the phone or bother following up. After reading other reviews, probably a good thing for me that they didn't call.
Watching my fiancé go through the worst representation I’ve ever seen in my life. Beyond the incompetence, they have zero compassion or empathy for their clients. You are a number to them, and as soon as they know the case is done they will belittle you and leave you out to dry. They can’t even pronounce her name right after over a year of working together.
