Edit again: notified 2 months before end of lease to be informed that rent was increasing, which really leaves no room to decide to move. "My experience at Johnston Creek Crossing has been overwhelmingly negative and I cannot recommend living here. Despite initial appearances, nice management with Stacy. The reality is a far cry from a comfortable or enjoyable living environment. One of the most significant issues when I first moved in is the persistent pest problem. Roaches are a common and unwelcome sight within the apartment units and in common areas. Adding to the unhealthy conditions is the presence of mold. I applied for these apartments back in December for a move in date on January 31. Unfortunately something’s happened out of my control and I was unable to move in. I called the office, sent emails and even called corporate for 5 days until the lady Stacy who I have been dealing with since the application process decided to finally call back just to be told I was being ignored because it was rent week.
