It's a very peaceful place to live. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, maintenence is good and they take care of any issues quickly. I'm very comfortable living here.

Edit again: notified 2 months before end of lease to be informed that rent was increasing, which really leaves no room to decide to move. And after all of the issues I’ve had, you’d think they would be a bit more considerate. The second bathtub water is brown when it first comes out. & starts to cause the bathroom to smell. Hello everyone looking into renting at this location. Attached is their Applicant Agreement and Qualifying Criteria. No where in their agreement I signed, states that I am not allowed to do this. I expanded the income section as that is my focus. I specifically states that all we need to provide is that last 60 days of paystubs. It states that we must provide bank statements If WE ARE SELF EMPLOYED, which we are not. We got denied because I use daily pay and even though they can see the last 60 days of pay stubs, meeting the... read more
