Been there for 10 years I have no complaints older property may not look as good as new properties but it’s comfortable convenient and not too bad to me. Don’t have too many maintenance issues so but when I do, they’re dressed ASAP.
I lived at this address for over 20 years. I had to threaten to sue the corporation to get the problems fixed. I shouldn't have to go to that extent. I've lived in this community for over 23 years

Believe the bad reviews. Skeevy behavior from Moustapha at all junctures while trying to apply. Had the goalposts moved constantly on my application, as I was being asked to provide information (most of which was already submitted via web portal) at random hours of the day with little notice or implied leeway within a "48 hour deadline". Had to constantly ask for updates because Moustapha never confirmed receipt of any submitted materials. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY APPLYING HERE!!! I thought I would give this place a chance despite the horrible reviews, but after touring and applying here, it should honestly be way lower. This place is a safety hazard and I have no idea how they haven't been shut down. There was mold in the bedroom and kitchen of the unit that I toured - see attached.
