Johnston Cooling & Heating went above and beyond for my family. It was a super cold chill and our heat went out, they showed up with in a very reasonable time and repaired it. They also offered very knowledgeable advice and campared replacing the unit to the units age and reliability. Very satisifed!!!
This is a little hard for me to believe, but I placed a call to Johnston around 8AM about my furnace not working and their specialist, Zack, was in my house in less that two hours. He was fantastic. He went over my options for repairing and replacing my furnace, and 12 hours after my phone call I had a new furnace installed, and better air flow than ever before. My head is still spinning.
