I just got done with a 4 week weight loss challenge. I only signed up to see what it was about. I actually lost weight, feel better and learned stretches and exercises and how to do them correctly. I also have chiropractic adjustments and massages. I really like the Epic protein they are selling. Thank you Jaymie , Derek and Virginia.
I've been going to them since I was 20 years old...after I got in a bad hit and run accident..all the staff is very pleasant..they treat you like family! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for always making me feel better!
