RecommendedAs a endurance distance cyclist, I have subjected my body to extremes. My L5/s1 has been problematic since 1994. Following 2017 race season, having recovered from an accident at the 1600 mile mark of the 2750 mile Great Divide Mountain Bike TDR from Banff Canada to the US/Mexico border, I was suffering for over 4 months with back and nerve pain. Dr Derek spent close to 2 months treating me. Today is the first pain free day. Its a GOOD Thing
