We love Johnson’s! We had our pool put in by them last year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and their team. We have gone back since for additional purchases and they treated us like family. 100% would recommend.
Had pool installed by Johnsons pools 3 years ago. Have hole in steel wall, Johnsons will not honor warranty and very rude and dismissive with me on the phone. Have had very bad experience twice with them. Would not recommend them to anyone as I am very unhappy with service and courtesy to their customers.
I could not be happier with a local pool company than I am with Johnson’s. I used to use another company and I was disappointed with the costs, lack of communication, and low quality of the work, but since I’ve switched to Johnson’s I have been impressed with the communication, costs, and quality of the work. I wish I had been using Johnson’s pools and spas all along and am looking forward to another pool season

Initially, I had a good experience with Johnson's Pools. However, the product that they promote (PENTAIR heater) is junk. I spent $68-70,000. on an inground pool in Oct. 2020. In 4 seasons with limited use of the heater (3-4x per season) the interior of the heater virtually disintegrated. I was told it was MY FAULT due to the "poor water quality".
