Great service! First year customer ,and we cant be any happier with our pool! Thank you Johnson's Pools.
Initially, I had a good experience with Johnson's Pools. However, the product that they promote (PENTAIR heater) is junk. I spent $68-70,000. on an inground pool in Oct. 2020. In 4 seasons with limited use of the heater (3-4x per season) the interior of the heater virtually disintegrated. I was told it was MY FAULT due to the "poor water quality". Magically, PENTAIR's warranty expired after 4 years and Johnson's took the stand; "there is nothing we can do about it". I tested the water regularly, the pool was always clean, no... read more
Johnson’s did a great job and were easy to work with. They said what they were going to do and then did it within the timeframe predicted. They had a team of people at my pool at some points, all polite and professional. Very happy with the results. Here’s before & after pics. Thanks Johnsons.
