I didn’t have too many issues with this place while living there. BUT when I moved out, Rose took a month to return my deposit. It took multiple emails and threatening legal action to get any of it back. And when I did get it back they took nearly $200 off my deposit return. They took $65 for carpet cleaning which was in the lease, even though I was told it would not be applied since the carpet was brand new, I did not have pets, and the only carpet was in the bedroom.
