I came in for help with my glasses, and even though it wasn’t jewelry, they treated me with so much care and compassion. They were incredibly attentive and kind—it honestly felt like I was being helped by family. Quick, thoughtful, and full of heart. I left with my glasses fixed and a big smile on my face. Can’t recommend them enough! They got a customer for life !
Family owned local Cedar Hill business. Very friendly and helpful. They took some sentimental charms that we had collected through years and added to a charm bracelet for our daughter. I could not leave the parking lot of Johnson’s Jewelry without giving them an awesome shoutout and huge thank you for returning my ring to its original beauty!!! From the moment I walked in the door of this black owned establishment I had a great experience. I needed a diamond replaced and to my surprise I needed some more work done but it was worth the price and worth the wait. The work was also done really quickly!! Thank you to this wonderful family for being so professional warm and welcoming. I will be returning.
I have been here couple of times to get my necklaces repaired because they were severely tangled. It's EXCELLENT customer service EVERY time!! And, their prices are reasonable.
Great and fast service! Never disappoints! Fixed my gold chain twice and replaced my watch battery.
