Their technician was fine and helpful, however as it is normally the case with repair men and service companies they charge a high price to come out and provide a diagnosis. In this case I already knew the problem and communicated it to the receptionist upon scheduling and then to the technician helping to point him in the right direction. Our old furnace broke down and we needed a new furnace ASAP (in the middle of winter). Bob (sales) and Greg (manager) came through for us and our furnace was installed in a few days. After installation we noticed our furnace wasn’t heating the house properly; Greg (manager) sent his best technician without delay and rectified the problem. I would recommend Johnson’s heating and cooling without reservation.
