I had Johnson's install an air conditioner about 3 years ago. I couldn't be happier. So, when I needed a new furnace there was only one solution. My home was evaluated. I was giving 3 options, and they were explained to me. When installation time came, the communication was perfect, the installers were professional and polite. Again, I am very happy and confident I will be warm and comfortable this winter. I have also recommended Johnson's to a friend and will recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC.
Call service center line. Call returned by 7:30am. Bubba came at time that was expected. Repaired AC, and got it cooling correctly. Only thing I am noticing is that I am hearing a bang when the system shuts off. Don't know if that is what its supposed to do. Don't remember it doing that before?
I needed a Trane Clean Effects expert to trouble shoot my filter system. I knew more than he did and had to share my service manual. In the end he told me what I already knew and charged over 200 bucks...my advice is DIY...
Very professional when coming to the house, was able to find and fix the issue quickly. They are always the ones I call whenever I have any HVAC issues. Bubba has been to our house multiple times and has always been fantastic and figured out the issue quickly. He’s the best.
