Zero stars. This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to they do never have appointments, doctors leave this company left and right. I have also needed an allergy form for Amy kid to go to daycare for a week and they ‘marked it urgent/ high priority’ so it will be the first thing the dr doesn’t and they won’t even call me back! I wouldn’t trust this company with anything. They are shady and do not care about the patient!

The fact that I have to sit in their office for 2 plus hours just for my kids to be seen is ridiculous
Front office staff greeter was very friendly and helpful. We were taken back and seen very quickly. My daughter got a free book that connects to audio...WOW!!! Dr. was great about listening and quickly made referrals for what we needed. Overall EXCELLENT service and experience!!
I love all the other Johnson locations but this one… Every appointment I’ve had at this location they’ve been very rude and discriminatory If you’re Hispanic or look Hispanic they will immediately get you a tablet and get you an interpreter despite you telling them that you speak English. They will write on their notes that you don’t speak English and the nurses/ front desk are rude, will “not find you” in the system and fight you over you having an appointment even after you showing them your appointment reminder.
