We've been taking our kids in to Johnsons for over a year. While the are some things about the office I don't like including the wait time which can be upwards of 1.5 hours, phone wait is long as well--, I appreciate their professionalism and trust of me over all. I have been able to get referrals to specialists without any problems. I can usually get in the same week I call. We have no private insurance and this location has served us well. Grateful that it is around for us. 3.5 stars
Nothing really bad except the looooonng waiting times. I don't understand why it takes 1-2+hrs to be seen from time of appointment. Hire more people, seems like it's only 1-2 doctors smh
My daughter needed her teeth cleaned and thought she may have a cavity. The lady checking us in was friendly and helpful. Once we got to the back, (which there was virtually no wait) Seth began the exam and did a thorough cleaning and checked over her teeth. The doctor was amazing and so was the other receptionist, Dani. We love Johnson health center and recommend this facility to everyone! They're the best!
