I have liked all the doctors and NPs we see and they have always listened to my questions/concerns. I really appreciate the same day appointment option on their website for when my kids wake up sick out of nowhere, I’m almost always able to get an appointment the same morning. There can be long wait times but all around a good peds office.
i usually do not leave reviews, but I do not recommend Rebecca Hammett as your pediatrician for your children. I took my four day old baby boy to see her. He had lost 6 ounces while we were at the hospital and when we went to his doctor’s appointment, she made me feel like a horrible mom because he had not gained any weight since we left the hospital (which was only one day). My boys see Meghann Bowyer, and we absolutely adore her! She is always kind, patient, and gentle with my children, which makes every visit a positive experience. She takes the time to listen to and address any concerns I have as a parent, and I never feel rushed or dismissed. Meghann is incredibly personable and has an amazing bedside manner. HIRE ANOTHER ULTRASOUND TECH! 30 minutes before my appointment I get the call .. Second appointment IN A ROW that they have had to cancel, because the ultrasound tech is out. “We can reschedule for July 2nd” what sense does that make when I have one scheduled for July 1st. You would think with my concerns and risked I’d be prioritized but nope.. back of the line, when the cancellations are not my fault. What happens if the one tech decides to leave? Or worse?
