Very upset. My mom wanted to surprise my daughter with flowers delivered to her school today for her birthday. They never arrived. When my mom called to ask what happened, they stated they put order in the wrong pile and said they were sorry and they could deliver first thing in the morning. My mom just cancelled the order. I think good customer service should have offered some sort of discount since it was their fault. I was the the one that recommended them to her. Wish I hadn't now����Very disappointed grandmother.
