You can never get in touch with anyone. If/When you are able to leave a message, no one returns your call. The service is inconsistent.
Ive called them several times, they always answer. Reliable, George comes every Monday. Definetely worth the price. Sure beats going to the dump!
They are beter than what you hear about the city supplied services but you cannot reach them by phone...ever.
Seems like Johnsons Garbage Service has improved some over the past couple of years. I was able to get someone on the phone when I called just yesterday. The service has been much more consistent.
