The piece that they made for me was beautiful and I am very happy with the work, but I am disappointed in the fact that my prongs have come loose twice in the span of 4 1/2 months. Although it is free to have repaired, it is a hassle to have to constantly go back to the store for this issue.

I had an outstanding experience working with Tammy and Christine (I believe those were their names). They were incredibly attentive to my budget and provided regular text updates throughout the creation of the ring. I brought in multiple designs that my partner loved, and they skillfully combined elements from two different rings to create a truly unique piece. Their professionalism, kindness, and timeliness were unparalleled. I will definitely return for any future jewelry needs.

They engraved my valentines necklace from my Fiancé and it turned out absolutely incredible, the staff was very friendly. Very quick and efficient facility 😊10/10 would use them again!

I took a watch in for battery replacement and a favorite bracelet to be fixed as the wire had come unstrung. I found the customer service to be helpful and efficient and both tasks were accomplished satisfactorily. It did cost more than I had expected but then most things do these days.
