Quick Service, fair price? These mechanics were very accommodating of my need to have my car looked at quickly. They fixed it fairly fast and told me it was a minor problem. There were no substantial parts to pay for, but my bill was still $150. I thought that seemed a little high for a minor problem... PROS: Quick service CONS: fairly high price?
So honest! First time taking my car to Johnson's. Had a loud thump noise in the rear of the van whenever I went over a bump. The folks at Johnson's took it for a test drive, put it up on the elevator, and checked it out. Called me later that afternoon and said nothing was broken, but shocks needed lubrication, which they did. So honest of them. And they didn't even charge me for their time! They have a new customer!
they lied to me and wasted two hours of my time I would give them less than one star if I could. I called a week ahead of time and told them I wanted to see how much work was needed on my car, or should I get rid of it. They told me to bring it in at 7:30 am on Wednesday and "you might have to wait at a coffee shop for a couple hours or something." So I did that. And when I returned after a couple hours they told me they hand't even looked at it yet!
Customer Service Johnson's Auto Repair is great! My experience is that they are honest, friendly and helpful. I've taken my cars there for years.
Great garage They do a great job and are an honest garage. I recommend all of my friends to go there. They are a little expensive, but they don't try to scam you and sell you stuff you don't need. I don't mind paying a little more for their labor for honestly fixing what needs to be fixed.
Excellent Service I left a car into Johnsons garage on the recommendation of a tow truck driver. They were were efficient and excellently priced. I had thought that much work was needed and was expecting to pay a substantial amount. They told me that it wasn't necessary and didn't charge me. It's nice to find an honest garage in today's world.
