All the staff is friendly and genuine. The dr is informative and ensures you understand and are comfortable with your care. I have 4 children and they’re with me at each appointment, the staff is so gentle with all of them each time and it makes so easy!
I researched a lot when I decided to take the plunge into adult braces. Every time I looked, and asked around, I kept getting the same response “go to Johnsonlink!” Of course I finally decided to get a consultation. Everyone was so nice, caring and informative! I signed up that day to get fitted with traditional braces. When the day came, everyone greeted me by name, welcomed me back, and answered any questions I had.
