We engaged Johnson Wills International (JWI) to ship goods internationally – a service they were paid in full to complete. Really suprised (and suspcious) to see so many positive reviews. Terrible time with these guys, communication was lacking and sloppy, organisation was poor (they left it too late to get our courier booked so we got stuck with extra costs), and their process was poorly communicated (not really communicated at all).

I used JWI's services to clear my air and sea shipment from the UK to Melbourne through customs, and David, who was dealing with my case was outstanding throughout the process. Highly recommend them!
