We engaged Johnson Wills International (JWI) to ship goods internationally – a service they were paid in full to complete. Despite directly asking whether they had experience shipping to our destination, they failed to disclose that they had no knowledge or capability to handle the import process required. Really suprised (and suspcious) to see so many positive reviews. Terrible time with these guys, communication was lacking and sloppy, organisation was poor (they left it too late to get our courier booked so we got stuck with extra costs), and their process was poorly communicated (not really communicated at all).
