Great pay for the area, but you are going to WORK for your paycheck. Major issues with being too concerned about cranking out quantity of tanks and not quality. When I worked we were severely understaffed, I was doing two jobs at once normally, sometimes 3 depending on the job, mandatory 1:30 nights on second shift, barely ever saw an 11:30 night, so TONS of overtime.
