I reserved an EX90 through Volvo, through this dealership. The volvo email says if I need to refund, I should contact the dealership. I did, multiple times. While multiple sales agents have reached out thinking I want to buy a car, zero of them have helped me process this refund. We made an appointment for our car to be serviced and to have a broken hinge fixed on the trunk. We waited 30 days for an appointment. When we brought the car in they said it would be the same day. The service department said they were busy and if we would mind waiting until the next day - we said that was fine even though they had no loaner nor did they have a shuttle service.
