Mostly fine, appreciated the flat fee. However, basic errors were made in child support calculations and no guidance was given as to how to set up these childcare payments and we inadvertently signed up for a few based system through the state without need. Perhaps it's not technically within their scope to advise on such things, however, given that most clients are experiencing divorce for the first time it would be nice to be given the lay of the land and what to expect. Adequate but not stellar in my book.
Erin really made me feel supported when I was in a tough spot. I was so afraid of the mediation process and avoided it for much longer than I should have. But with her professionalism and guidance, I felt supported and reassured the entire time. She helped make an overwhelming process much more manageable, and I’m so grateful for her.
DO NOT!!!!! Use this firm. Complete lack of regard, zero communication, and blatant hostility from the attorney hired. This firm has caused nothing but hardship and headache for my family. I’m so disappointed and disgusted by the disgrace of this firm within the legal field, and their ability to make a hard situation even harder. If I can offer any legal advice, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM or any affiliates.
I spoke to three law firms when searching for someone to handle my autistic daughter's legal guardianship case. I felt everyone from customer retention/support to the lawyers and paralegals (Mike & Tara are a dream team) were amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and really made me feel like we were all a team working to support my daughter's best interests. I liked the flat fee rate. It's nice to have no surprises bill wise.
