I met with different people on each visit and had to retell information about symptoms, etc. each time. I never met Dr. Johnson in person (in the office), only through a computer screen. They forgot about me the last time I was there and went to lunch. Fortunately, one person noticed that the door to the room I was in was closed and came to investigate.
I've been going to Dr Johnson for almost a year. I've conversed with him by video only about 3 times now. I very read his reviews I feel most unfair. He's a genius. He gas it all figured out exactly what's happening and why. A cracker jack in my opinion. Are you there to be massaged or get help for allergies? Yes he's very busy and overloaded but who isn't today? In my opinion you won't fond a smarter Dr. I've been around awhile.
2 of my children had struggled with upper respiratory illness. 2 doctors at 2 different major hospitals missed the mark on my eldest's chronic post-bone-marrow transplant sinus infections, which had formed a large cyst and needed extensive antibiotic treatment by the time I got her to Dr. Johnson for a 3rd opinion. Everytime you meet with a practicioner at this place they're clueless. No communication between the staff.
This place is awful. You wait 2 - 2.5 hours just to get called in. Then you talk to "DR" Johnson on a computer monitor. Then he prescribes you pills...... All the time. He doesn't listen to your concerns. His staff is rude and unresponsive, not to mention privacy does not seem to matter to them. I called about a prescription and spoke to someone.... They never got back to me. This place is like a production line. Your a ticket..... A number and they just want you copay and send you off resolving nothing.
I saw Dr. Johnson for around 9 months for an immune system deficiency. The first appointment went great and I was impressed because of the amount of time he spent explaining my possible diagnosis with me. I remember reading all of these negative reviews and thinking that people were crazy because I had such a great first appointment. I would have given no stars but it required at least 1. Dr. Johnson is perhaps the least competent doctor I have ever seen. The only thing worse than his competency is his bedside manor. Additionally his office is completely disorganized and should not be allowed to do business until they clean themselves up and find a new doctor to take over.
Dr Johnson is very knowledgeable and has been my doctor for over 30 years, seeing me thru a wide variety of illnesses over the years
Would definitely not recommend. Very unprofessional.
