Appointment was for scheduled maintenance and State inspection. I dealt mainly with Jamie who handles my account. The process is super efficient and the folks at Johnson Subaru are always friendly and courteous. I am totally satisfied with my experience.
Michael, Clayton, Ray, and everyone we have worked with here has been top notch. This is a busy service department (for good reason) as I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Still everyone is helpful, proactive, smart and honest. From parts department to technicians, all around 5 stars.
