Unfortunately, my experience has been so bad that I am writing this Review. I am a HUGE fan of the Subaru brand. I have had a Subaru Forester for 7 years and love it. This review is specifically for the Service Department at Johnson Subaru. I brought my Forester in for a SAFETY recall in July of 2020. RecommendedThe team at Johnson Subaru went above and beyond my expectations with the purchase of my new car. I gave the sales manager an impossible task and he miraculously achieved it. I live 2 1/2 hours away and was able to do the entire transaction online, which is great during this time of COVID. They even delivered the car to my house the very next day. Not good Talked with the salesman said the truck I was looking at was on the lot..set an appointment for a test drive the next day since I live 100 miles from the dealership. That was at 9am, that afternoon around 2 got a message saying sorry the truck was sold that same morning around the same time, so my guess is the salesman never looked to see or ask if the truck was still available. Not to surprising since I ask a question about the truck and the reply was you can get information on line.
Mark was my sales person, he was very informative, courteous, and professional. The finance person was Jennifer, who was also amazing.

It’s truly one of the worst feelings having to write a review like this, but if I can prevent others from experiencing what we have then I absolutely will. At first we thought we had made the best decision picking Johnson Subaru as the dealership we wanted everything to take place at (we live a hour away and could have easily gone to Cross Creek Subaru which is less than 30mins from us).
