I brought my cello in for a checkup - the luthier was wonderful - explained then bridge adjustment he needed to make. I was prepared to leave my cello but he had me wait half an hour and it was done!

I ordered Kruetzer 42 Studies and Marc Russo can't properly package what is a waterproof bag from the usps, nor can they be polite on the phone. Yikes, talk about condescending. No thanks - I'll throw the water damaged one that was left on my front porch during the rain FOR A FEE MINUTES, BUT NOT ENOUGH TO GET SOPPING WET in the garbage and re-order elsewhere.
