Do you like black mold? Can you live without your possessions for three months? Are your things pretty much trashed anyway so you don't care much about proper packing and wrapping? You're still not going to save any money by hiring this company, but it will be one hell of an adventure!
I cannot even express how dissatisfied I am with how this company handled my move. Misleading information on insurance, laziness on packing loose garage items, told wrong cu/ft on truck so I didn't rent a storage unit big enough util it was full they decided to tell me it wouldn't fit. Called GM and he was nothing more than an unhelpful pompous, arrogant person. Would not help and now that they've been paid in full have wiped their hands clean. Their driver ran into our apartment building with the truck. Didn't want to call the police for a report until I insisted. Then refused to help find someone to secure the building. Manager said, "We don't do that, send us an estimate."
These guys were horrible! Paid by the hour so they sit around and only move things for about 20 minutes of each hour. They also damaged several walls and doors. We called them to let them know about the damage and they didn't call back for several days. The movers complained the whole time about how heavy the furniture was and asked inappropriate questions about living arrangements. I would never recommend these movers to anyone. Don't hire this company!!
wish there was a lower choice. our service was horrible!!!!!!!!!! the 2 guys that packed our stuff for our military move were VERY unprofessional they complained the whole time, smelled like beer, didnt bring enough moving boxes, broke things, arrived HOURS late when we had to have our stuff packed and out by the next day. they didnt pack our stuff in the crates like they should of, they said that everything would get to our home over seas and what do you know we have a few items that were our most expensive items missing!!!... read more
Never let these people into your home. I had to do a military move and they were more interested in dry firing my fire arms and throwing kettle bells ontop of breakable things in boxes. Somehow they kicked the welded metal slats out of my sons bed, crack my bed frame in half, kick and know half of the top off of my coffee table, and stole anything they could get there hands on. This is not only the worst moving company, it's the worst company ever!! I am 8 months pregnant... we were moved from San diego to Virginia... they took a month to deliver less than half of our stuff.. and they haven't found the rest. Lack of communication, professionalism, experience and they don't care for their customers. They told us to give them 2 weeks notice to get our stuff out of storage and transported to Atlanta, GA from San Diego, CA. We gave them 3 weeks notice and the stuff was delivered late. In addition to this they lost 1/3 of my stuff. How do you lose a dining room table, couch and queen size bed and mattresses? They kept refusing to commit to a delivery date until the day before they delivered which made it very hard to plan our move.
