Hostile when questioned why charges 5% "convenience fee" use credit card, the guy hung up on me. Fair question when swipe fee 3% so the business owner gets hostile slams the phone down? Bad business practices legitimate question so if the guy acts like that before actually doing business with him. Thanks for hanging up on me.
