I gave a review because I had a bad experience getting my car repaired. Every time I called for status they did not know who I was? I could tell it was not going to be good. Part of my request was not done and when it finally got my car, the road hazard was not added and a part of my car was loose. There was a charge for a part that was not placed. Several calls were made to resolve my issues. It is so hard to get answers there.
