Unfortunately this company was a no call no show for us. After confirming our address earlier in the week, Johnson Services did not show up for our scheduled fall clean up on Friday. When they were a hour and half late, I reached out to see if I had written the wrong time down no one responded.
All I have to say is to be sure to get a very DETAILED quote on services. Work performed was not what was discussed.
Our small backyard hasn't received much love over the years (we have a dog) and it really needed some help. I hate sitting on the patio and seeing a bad yard despite pretty flowers, a new fence, etc. Just needed a little love for the yard and Heath responded. He fit us in and gave us a fair estimate.
