Whoever the lady that called me for scheduling had a very unpleasant tone or demeanor so to say,being she is my first contact with the office, it was a poor experience and customer service was lacking a welcoming feel,you have one chance to make a first impression,especially when working front desk or on the phones,js

I’ve been a dedicated patient for several years, and I’ve been to several dentist in the Mobile area. I’ve recommended family, church members, friends to try this dentist out. Not one has been disappointed. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and his compassionate and professional staff. The office is clean and orderly. This is the best dentist office hands down. They’re patient with your needs and you never feel rushed when you go there. Thank you Dr. J. for all you do for your clients and the Mobile community.
