The type of properties they keep are so sad. Gutters hanging off the house and mountains of trash just sitting and scattered across multiple yards. They don’t care, it’s not like they have to see it from their offices.
We have been here just short of 4 months and it has been nothing but problems.We are constantly faced with maintenance issues that are not resolved in a timely professional manner. We have not received an apology for how poorly things have been dealt with. The entire experience has been very disappointing. I have rented from several landlords and have never had so many issues.
