Kim and Chris are fantastic property managers in Reno. Kim did a great job of finding us a very strong, long term tenant for our Reno home and was very helpful lining up cleaning and preparation vendors, and handyman services. We're building 3 more homes and we wouldn't use any other company than JPM LLC / Johnson Property Management to tenant them and manage them. Chris and Kim have been managing our Reno rental. The renters' concerns are addressed and repairs are done in a timely fashion. The renters seem happy. The bookkeeping is transparent; the statements make sense and the yearly tax papers arrive promptly. I appreciate all of this and I highly recommend this property management company.
I have had Chris Johnson manage my property in Reno NV for several years. One of the best property managers, I could have found ever. Chris did a wonderful job of not only staying on top of the property, but also being very responsive both the tenant and landlord. Chris has been managing our Reno property for almost 10 years. During those years, Chris has placed very good tenants for our property: no late rent, no property damage, property has been maintained well and kept beautiful by our tenants. Our last tenant had been rented our property for 5 years. We appreciate both Chris & Kim for their wonderful services and also our tenants for their business. Chris Johnson did an excellent job in managing my house in Reno for over ten years. He agreed to be my property manager when other property managers wouldn’t. He has been able to quickly find tenants for me and took a proactive stance in dealing with maintenance issues before they became problems. During most of the time, I lived over 2,000 miles away from Reno so having someone I could trust managing my property gave me peace of mind.
