We have used JPM for several properties since 2016 and they have been great to work with. Recently we had a problem tenant and they did an amazing job removing the tenant.
Saw a comment about two Johnson properties where it seems like people aren't checking the address before leaving a review. 12/11/23 Just want to add to my review and say this is one of the best management companies I've ever seen I put a maintenance request in last night late and they open at 8:00 in the morning and by 11:00 a.m. only 3 hours after they open they had an electrician at my front door that came in and fixed my broken outlet That's what I call service that is very impressive I don't think I've ever seen a management company respond so quickly 🙂 -------------------------------------------- I personally have had a very positive exper... read more
Rented an apartment to my sister with tons of repairs needing to be done. She sent in requests for them to be fixed over a month ago and nothing has been done.
