They are very efficient with repairs and always working with their customers to make sure they are compatible.
Communication, organization and detail orientation are terrible. For months I have tried to be removed from a lease I did not sign, at a property I haven’t lived at in over a year. My phone calls go unreturned every time Ive reached out and am told I will be called back, I have tried multiple times to sign the document they state is necessary for me to be removed and it took months to even receive this document. Awesome people through and through! They are super thorough at move-in, and incredibly reasonable to work with. Leeann is always looking out for everyone's best interest. Nicest folks ever.
My husband and I and our two kids rented through Johnson property and had a great experience. The first place we moved into was not suitable for children at all, they were very understanding and found us something else within a week. Unfortunately we had to find someone for a lease takeover due to personal reasons but Johnson property management helped in every way they could. Thank you for everything!
