Very poor experience over several years. Communication was consistently poor — often non-existent. Despite our repeated attempts to keep communication open, our messages were ignored for months at a time. Maintenance requests were lodged but not carried out. Great service from Phil - went above and beyond!
Rented with this agency for almost 10 years and was a pretty good tenant, even tenants after us were surprised how well the property was kept for that long of a tenancy. If you're looking for a rental stay clear of them. They don't fix things like air-conditioning on time etc went through Perth summers without air conditioning while they kept increasing rent.
