Very bed and poor agency I ever seen at Perth. Without any damage they just asked us to fixed things that are already damaged before we take up the property. Don’t go through this agency. Don’t ever think it off worst ever
I don’t recommend to go to this agent. This agent is the worst agent. They don’t keep the promise. I clearly mentioned that I will come at the final inspection. But they didn’t inform me for final inspections and after few days they just send saying that the final inspections was done and mail of bond money deduction.

Very poor experience over several years. Communication was consistently poor — often non-existent. Despite our repeated attempts to keep communication open, our messages were ignored for months at a time. Maintenance requests were lodged but not carried out. In June 2025, we reached out to confirm the owner’s intentions for our lease ending in September. Our aim was to plan ahead for the sake of our young family.
