Denise is a nice landlady who always responds in a timely manner, and has someone looking into whatever issue it is you're having pretty quickly.
She was a good landlord but I am still waiting on my deposit after I moved out 11/30/22.
Unresponsive or responds late all the time to emergencies. Water in the apartment doesn’t even stay hot most the time . My fridge’s compressor seems to be shot and making extremely loud rattling noises every half hour or so for like a half hour at a time that you can hear from the hallways. Notified the landlord no response to that either. Actually contemplating putting my fridge items outside tonight so I can have a quiet sleep which is downright absurd to have to do because they won’t respond to an emergency maintenance on... read more
