Found the exact Think Tank rolling camera bag I need today at Johnson's, and really appreciated their great customer service.
I'm kind of sad to hear how horrible the customer service was today. I sent my husband to go get a light meter for me because I was working. While standing there with two kids, no one ever acknowledged him for a good 15 minutes. Then when he asked an older gentleman to show him how the meter works, he got an eye roll. I'm sad to hear this since this is my go-to photography store. Not sure I will be coming back after that :/
I was there this Saturday and bought a MeFoto tripod and found your store well stocked and am looking forward to my next visit!
I called JPI to see if they had the tripod head I needed in stock-they didn't-because the tripod head I was looking for was no longer in production. After explaining how bad I wanted that specific head, they got in touch with their Manfrotto rep and found the head I needed in Kansas and were going to have it shipped down. Top notch rating for top notch customer service. Keep going above and beyond JPI, because with an attitude like that, you will always have business.
Great resource store for Photographers of all levels. The Photo Classes they offer are well worth the money. Customer service is the best I have encountered with any business let alone Photography. Well worth the trip, you won't be disappointed!
