Can't wait to continue business with this company. Their manager who answers the phone is so pleasant, I mean THE BEST all around. I called for service, and of course, everything is backed up 3 weeks. They made it happen in two weeks as cancelations and time came available. This was the RUDEST business I have called to try and get a survey done. I was shopping for quotes and Troy answered the phone in the survey department. He tells me that surveys in Longview are $500.00 but in Diana they are $600.00 because it is a 35-40 minute drive so that driving is an hour round trip. REALLY? If anyone around here knows the area they know it only takes 15-20 minutes to get from Longview to Diana. And then when I corrected him on how long it takes he almost hung up on me.
