Ordered a survey and physical markers to outline the property boundary for a residential parcel. The price was not cheap. But neither was the work. Johnson & Pace Engineering did an excellent job! I was provided very detailed records. In my opinion, it was worth the cost. I would recommend their services.
If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would. Bruce Rucker has to be the most unprofessional surveyor I have met. Their prices far exceed the local market. I’ve never had someone charge a client so much and be so rude. Truly unacceptable.
I called to schedule a survey and I talked with some guy named Bruce he was definitely rude and I decided not use them I will not give my money to anyone that does not speaks to me in a professional manner!
Can't wait to continue business with this company. Their manager who answers the phone is so pleasant, I mean THE BEST all around. I called for service, and of course, everything is backed up 3 weeks. They made it happen in two weeks as cancelations and time came available. Loved everything about this company full of hardworking individuals. As a realtor, we appreciate you all!
This was the RUDEST business I have called to try and get a survey done. I was shopping for quotes and Troy answered the phone in the survey department. He tells me that surveys in Longview are $500.00 but in Diana they are $600.00 because it is a 35-40 minute drive so that driving is an hour round trip. REALLY? If anyone around here knows the area they know it only takes 15-20 minutes to get from Longview to Diana. And then when I corrected him on how long it takes he almost hung up on me.
