We are switching over to natural gas so I just called to let them know that we'll need a pick up of our tank in the near future, and to find out the cost for a pump out.... They charge $150 to come and pick up your tank whether it's empty or whether you have gas left! They apparently just raised their prices on this. I was shocked, because we've been a customer of theirs for 25 plus years and that's how they treat you?? I'm so happy that we are going to be done with them!!!! This speaks volumes to me!!
need to hire people without an attitude because your card reader doesn't work very good. giving me crap because I use a loyalty id so it takes her an extra 2 seconds.

We worried about running out of propane end of January when we got back from a vacation. We were told 2-3 days before a delivery but the very next day we were serviced. We weren’t gouged by high prices either. Thanks
Their keep fill program is wonderful and there's a discount on the propane price. We never have to worry about running out.
